需要重新去https://bootstrap.pypa.io/pip/3.6/get-pip.py 安装一下3.6版本的pip
下载源最好也换成国内的
然后pip install face_recognition
然后就可以用了好像

还是没那么好用，10万个图片，有4万个被挑出来，仰头侧脸错的最多，房间暗沉一点基本上全错，赵丽颖和赵露 ...
